Role Overview
We're looking for talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated Customer Experience Specialists to be the main point of contact for our customers. In this role, your tasks would include addressing customer queries, sharing feedback with different departments, and identifying ways to improve our processes.
 

Main Responsibilities

  • Onboarding customers to kick-off their journey 
  • Building relationships with customers from the moment they speak to us by welcoming them and making sure they’re happy with their experience
  • Communicating with customers over live chat, phone calls, and social media to answer their questions and help solve their problems
  • Exhibiting a strong sense of empathy when dealing with people and communicating with different teams to resolve the customers’ issues
  • Ensuring the customer is WOW’ed by our service by going above and beyond to make sure they leave the conversation satisfied
  • Communicating feedback to the team and following up on resolving customers’ pain points
  • Monitoring customers’ satisfaction, preparing weekly reports about common issues, and working closely with other departments to resolve it 
  • Finding, proposing, and implementing ideas to improve customer satisfaction 
  • Participating in offline events and acting as a brand ambassador 
 

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • Worked in a customer service role for at least 1 year
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  You’re also a fast typer!
 

Personality

  • Passionate about problem-solving and have a strong drive to resolve customer issues
  • People’s person by nature, have a deep sense of empathy, and get satisfaction from making people’s lives better
  • Have a calm demeanor when faced with challenging or stressful situations
  • Obsessed with customer’ satisfaction and will do anything in your power to achieve it
  • Awesome organizational skills and always completes tasks in a timely manner
  • Eager to learn 
  • Interested in working on shift basis
