Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, people-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team and support Calo’s continued growth. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, with exposure across multiple functions including corporate, operations, product, tech, and retail.

This is a remote role, based in Lebanon.

You’ll own end-to-end hiring for assigned roles, act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, and contribute to continuously improving how we hire at scale, all while keeping empathy, clarity, and candidate experience at the core.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and teams, from intake to offer and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals
  • Design and refine clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect both role requirements and Calo’s employer brand
  • Develop structured interview plans, screening questions, and evaluation criteria
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Screen and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes (screening calls, assessments, panels, onsite/virtual interviews)
  • Ensure consistent, transparent communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Manage candidate data, pipelines, and reporting through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the hiring experience
  • Support onboarding and collaborate with People & Culture on employee experience initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to improve TA processes, tools, employer branding, and hiring efficiency
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Calo in every candidate interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally in fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or tech-enabled companies
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions (operations, tech, product, finance, creative, etc.)
  • Strong experience leading interviews and managing hiring processes end-to-end
  • Comfortable hiring at pace while maintaining quality and structure
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, guide, and partner with leaders
  • Experience using ATS platforms and data to manage pipelines and hiring decisions
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, social platforms, and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
