Role overview
As a Group Product Manager, you will oversee multiple product managers working across diverse product areas. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product vision, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams, and driving execution. Your background in managing product teams will help you mentor others in leading and scaling their respective products. You’ll be tasked with improving processes, mentoring and managing PMs, ensuring strong GTM strategies, and balancing both commercial and user outcomes.
The role requires exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, as well as a strong focus on process and execution. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that products are not only innovative but also aligned with the company’s commercial goals and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment across different product areas and scopes.
- Define and refine processes that improve efficiency and product delivery.
- Leverage your product sense to guide teams in scaling products and navigating complex challenges.
- Work closely with GTM and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.
- Influence and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product vision and objectives.

- Experience managing multiple product managers with diverse scopes and focus areas
- Proven ability as an individual contributor product manager, having led and scaled successful products
- Strong product sense, with the ability to balance customer and business needs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing across teams and stakeholders
- Process-oriented mindset, with a track record of improving product development processes
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and commercial considerations
