Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. You’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team, working on a variety of campaigns and content that directly support Calo’s growth.

The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented — able to move quickly from concept to execution. You’ll be responsible for conducting research, staying on top of design trends, and delivering visual solutions that align with Calo’s marketing strategy and business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and print
  • Translate marketing briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully crafted
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts
  • Own and evolve the brand visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable)
  • Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns
  • Support product and content teams with UI visuals, presentations, or branded templates

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, marketing materials, and campaigns
  • Bonus: Experience with food, wellness, or lifestyle brands

Knowledge & Competency

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Canva
  • Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene
