Role Overview 

As we grow in the UAE, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local efforts in a fast-paced, direct-to-consumer startup environment. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing high-impact, data-driven campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and brand love across the region.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll craft tailored marketing strategies that speak to our UAE audience and align with business goals — from campaign planning to performance analysis, you'll own the full marketing cycle with agility and focus.

Main Responsibilities  

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, from concept to execution and post-campaign analysis — ensuring timely, locally relevant, and on-brand rollouts
  • Develop and activate community-building initiatives (events, ambassador programs, grassroots content) to grow Calo’s presence and loyalty in the local market
  • Oversee the production of localized marketing assets (photo, video, content shoots), ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned output across all channels
  • Source, curate, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) to enhance authenticity and relatability across campaigns
  • Manage and grow local partnerships and brand collaborations to boost reach and resonance
  • Support Go-To-Market execution for new product launches and features with clear, localized messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Growth, Creative, Product, CX) to align campaign messaging and delivery
  • Track and report on brand KPIs, campaign performance, and community sentiment

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2C or D2C brand
  • Background in food, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer tech is a strong plus
  • Experience in a regional or market-level marketing role preferred

Knowledge & Competency

  • Proven expertise in campaign planning and execution, especially localized or culturally tailored initiatives
  • Strong understanding of brand building, community activation, and partnership marketing
  • Experience managing creative production workflows (photo/video shoots, UGC collection, branded content)
  • Familiarity with influencer and ambassador programs and managing external creator relationships
  • Clear communicator and strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with growth, content, and customer experience
  • Comfortable analyzing brand KPIs and engagement metrics — not just clicks and conversions
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
