Role Overview
Understanding our users and validating our product decisions is crucial to our mission of making healthy easy. As a UX Research Intern, you'll be the voice of our users, ensuring we build products that truly serve their needs.
You'll rotate across our different product squads, working hand-in-hand with different Product Managers to run quick user tests, synthesize insights, and validate concepts so teams ship the right things faster.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and surveys across multiple product squads.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform product decisions and design direction.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to validate concepts before development.
- Plan and execute rapid testing cycles to support fast-paced product development.
- Present research findings clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Support the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts.
- Participate in design reviews and provide user-centered perspective on product decisions.
- Help establish and maintain research best practices across teams.
- Contribute to building a user-centric culture within the organization.
- Document research processes and maintain a research repository for team reference.
Ideal Candidate
- Background or strong interest in product management, product design, and UX research
- Arabic speaker (any region welcome)
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to transform user feedback into product insights
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively
- Curiosity about user behavior and motivation to understand the "why" behind user actions
