Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who enjoys coffee and would like to be part of our cafe experience journey. In this role, you will help us better understand and improve our customer experience by regularly placing orders from our cafe, both in person and online. You’ll play an important role in helping us maintain and elevate the quality of our cafe service.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Place daily orders (in-person and online).
- Record your experience by filling out a simple feedback form after each order.
- Share observations about service, quality, and consistency to help us improve.
- Be punctual and consistent in completing assigned orders and forms.
- Provide honest and constructive feedback on your overall experience.
- Observe staff interactions, order accuracy, and service speed.
- Suggest small improvements that could enhance the customer journey.
Ideal Candidate
- Passion for coffee and cafes.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Reliable and consistent with tasks.
- Must have your own car for transportation.
- Currently based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
